We are seeking an innovative AI Interaction Designer to help shape the future of human-AI interactions. In this role, you will design intuitive and engaging conversational experiences, ensuring seamless communication between users and AI-driven systems. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and UX designers to create AI-powered solutions that feel natural, helpful, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:
Design and refine AI-driven user interactions for chatbots, virtual assistants, and other intelligent systems
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize AI responses and enhance user experience
Conduct user research and A/B testing to improve interaction quality
Develop conversation flow diagrams and voice/tone guidelines
Stay up to date with advancements in AI and conversational UX trends
Work on personalization strategies to make AI interactions more human-like
Qualifications:
Experience in UX/UI design, conversational AI, or human-computer interaction
Knowledge of AI, natural language processing (NLP), and chatbot frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centric mindset
Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or conversation design platforms
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex ideas clearly
Bonus: Experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models)
